Biographical film
The Television & Movie Wiki: for TV, celebrities, and movies.
(Redirected from Biopic)
A biographical film or biopic (from biographical picture) is a film about a particular person or group of people, based on events that actually happened. These may present the events as they actually happened, or may alter the truth for other purposes.
Biographical films often single out the most important events of the lives involved to focus on. They may also cross over between genres, such as drama, comedy and action.
